Three individuals are facing serious felony charges following a coordinated drug bust by the Marshall County Drug Task Force (MCDTF) on Monday, April 13.

During the operation, officers identified suspected drug activity occurring at a business on the south side of Plymouth. Surveillance units monitored the involved parties and successfully linked the illicit sales of methamphetamine to an apartment located on Holloway Drive.

Assisted by the Plymouth Police Department and the Marshall County Police Department, task force officers initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle on Oakhill Drive near Nursery Street. The two occupants of the motorcycle, identified as 49-year-old Billy McKinney III and Anna-Marie Underwood, both of Monterey, were taken into custody. Both McKinney and Underwood are facing Level 2 felony charges for dealing in methamphetamine.

Following the traffic stop, MCDTF officers applied for and were granted a search warrant for the targeted apartment on Holloway Drive. During the search of the residence, officers recovered additional suspected methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia.

As a result of the search, officers arrested 38-year-old Stephanie Durham of Plymouth. Durham has been charged with dealing in methamphetamine (a Level 2 felony), neglect of a dependent (a Level 5 felony), and maintaining a common nuisance (a Level 6 felony).

McKinney, Underwood, and Durham were all booked into the Marshall County Jail, where they are each currently being held on a $100,000 cash bond.

Authorities remind the public that criminal charges are mere allegations and that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt.
