The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, working in partnership with multiple local and state law enforcement agencies, has concluded a months-long narcotics investigation that resulted in two arrests and the seizure of a significant quantity of illegal drugs.
On Tuesday, members of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and assisting agencies executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1200 block of West County Road 375 North in Fulton County.
During the execution of the search warrant, investigators located and seized approximately:
• 2.06 pounds of methamphetamine
• 27.3 pounds of marijuana
• 3 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms
• Suspected LSD
• Drug paraphernalia
• One firearm

The primary target of the investigation was identified as Adam Richard, 43, of Rochester. Richard was arrested and lodged in the Fulton County Jail on the following preliminary charges:
• Three counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine — Level 2 Felony
• Three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine — Level 3 Felony
• Maintaining a Common Nuisance — Level 6 Felony

Kayla Graham, 33, of Twelve Mile, Indiana, was also located inside the residence. Graham was arrested and lodged in the Fulton County Jail on a preliminary charge of Possession of Methamphetamine Over 5 Grams — Level 5 Felony.
Additional charges may be filed through the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office as investigators continue to review evidence associated with the case.
