Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department was on routine patrol Tuesday morning, May 6th, on U.S. 30 and U.S. 31.
He stopped a vehicle at about 10:20 for a traffic infraction. The driver, Leslie Ann Rivera Diaz of Fort Wayne, was found to have a license status of suspended-prior.
Diaz was lodged in the Marshall County Jail, given a court date of June 10, and a $500 cash bond.
