On Wednesday at approximately 1:40 p.m., an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department performed a traffic stop on 9A Road near U.S. 30.
During the investigation, the driver, Amy I Chikar, 48, of Elkhart, was found to have a suspended driver's license.
Chikar was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for driving while suspended with a prior.
