Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had the passenger-side headlight out and ended up arresting the driver.
On Friday, September 6th, just after 2 a.m. the Plymouth officer stopped the vehicle on U.S. 30 west of Oak Drive.
The driver was identified as Carl-Jarmal Steven Carr, a 29-year-old male from Dayton, OH. During the traffic stop, it was determined that Carr had a warrant out of Fountain County, Indiana. He was taken into custody, transported to Marshall County Jail, and booked in for his warrant.
