On Wednesday, September 11th, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Officer Williams with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a white van near Plymouth Goshen Trail and U.S. 30.
The van was speeding and showed an expired registration.
During the traffic stop, it was found that the driver, Jose Andres Rosales-Aguero of Colorado, was operating the vehicle without ever having received a valid license.
He was booked into the county jail at 10:30 on a $100 cash bond and released at 12:45 after posting bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
