Biddle arrested early Saturday morning on failure to appear warrant, new charge criminal confinement

39-year-old Brock Biddle of Loon Court in Plymouth was arrested on Saturday, January 11^th, just before 1 a.m. when officers from the Plymouth Police Department, with the assistance of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, served an arrest warrant on him.

Biddle was apprehended for an outstanding felony warrant for failure to appear that was the result of possession of methamphetamine and possession of narcotic drug arrest in 2024.

During the arrest, Biddle prevented another resident, 70-year-old Gary Miller, from exiting the home before law enforcement entered.

Brock Biddle was taken into custody by Plymouth Police and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was lodged for the felony warrant and a new charge of criminal confinement as a level 6 felony.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
