Abby Taylor's RBI hit drove in what proved to be the winning run in the top of the 7th inning as the Lawrenceville Lady Softball Indians rallied late to edge the Edwards County Lady Lions 7-6 Monday at Albion. The Lady Indians scored their 7 runs on 7 hits. Paige Hill picked up the pitching win going 5 innings and allowing 6 runs on 11 hits with 5 strikeouts and 0 walks. She also homered in the game. The win draws the Lady Indians up to the 500 mark at 3-3. The varsity is idle until Monday April 1st at home against Fairfield while the JV sees action Wednesday at Olney.
