Plymouth (4-1) had three players in double figures led by Lena Jones with 11 points. Sophie Miller and Mady Sullivan each scored 10.
Jones added five assists and four rebounds.
Triton (0-5) was paced by Sydney King and Avery Viers with 8 points each.
Both teams struggled shooting from the field. Plymouth was 16-of-52 (31%). Triton only connected on 19 percent on 8-of-42.
