Officers from the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 900 block of Richter Road on Friday morning, October 4th, at about 2:40 a.m., when a resident found a female in their garage.
When police arrived, the female was in a vehicle owned by the 911 caller.
The female was identified as 32-year-old Tresh Withey of the 1200 block of Baker Street in Plymouth. Withey was found to be extremely intoxicated. She was transported to the Plymouth Hospital for jail clearance. Once clearance was obtained, Withey was transported to the Marshall County Jail pending criminal charges for felony residential entry, misdemeanor unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor public intoxication. She was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made
