About 10 p.m., Vermillion County deputies were dispatched to the Hardee's / Marathon on State Road 163 for a shots fired call. Upon arrival, one person was pronounced deceased.
No further details have been released by the Vermillion County Sheriff's Office. They do note that there is no ongoing threat to the public
