Friday night is the perfect way to kick off the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Shock Roxy, one of Michiana's most electrifying regional cover bands, will open the 2026 Mayor's Summer of Music Concert Series this Friday, July 3rd, at River Park Square, 112 Water Street in downtown Plymouth. The free concert runs from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Known for their infectious blend of pop, rock, country, and funk spanning the 1970s to today, Shock Roxy brings both a male and female lead vocalist to the stage, delivering a high-energy, crowd-pleasing performance that has made them a fan favorite at wineries, festivals, and outdoor concerts across the region. With superb musicianship and an irresistible combination of fun and groove, the band never fails to get a crowd moving.

The concert is free and completely family-friendly. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for three hours of live music under the summer sky. Several local food trucks will be on hand with food available for purchase, and guests are welcome to bring along a cooler stocked with their favorite beverages.

Friday's show is the first of ten free Friday evening concerts planned throughout the summer at River Park Square as part of the Mayor's Summer of Music series, which runs through September 4th.

Come early, grab a good spot, and get ready to ring in America's 250th birthday weekend the right way — with live music in downtown Plymouth.
