The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office provided that update after asking Tuesday for the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual. Michael Taylor, 81.
At the time of the report, Taylor was reported to have been seen walking near his residence on the west side of Rochester at approximately 4:00 p.m. Tuesday
The initial report also explained that Taylor has been diagnosed with dementia and may be confused or disoriented.
Again, Taylor was located and is safe.
