The report of an occupied suspicious vehicle near the Pretty Lake Apartments on Quince Road just before 5 a.m. on Sunday, August 18th resulted in the arrest of two Plymouth individuals.
Officer Wozniak located 20-year-old Isaac A. Navejar, of Carriage Drive in the driver seat of a white 2021 Buick SUV. During his investigation, the officer detected the odor of marijuana emitting from within the vehicle, as well as suspected narcotics on the floorboard. The vehicle was searched, and county officers located suspected cocaine and controlled substance pills.

Another male,21-year-old Tate A. Dunsizer of Gilmore Street in Plymouth was located in one of the apartments and admitted to possessing the controlled substance pills located in the vehicle.

Both men were taken into custody and transported to the jail.
Once at the jail, Isaac Navejar was found to have additional cocaine and pills hidden on his person. He was booked and processed for possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule I-V controlled substance, and possession of a legend drug.
Tate A. Dunsizer was booked and processed for possession of a schedule I-V controlled substance and possession of a legend drug.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
