Plymouth Police Chief John Weir released details Wednesday on two separate arrests, one made Tuesday evening involving a warrant apprehension and one on Wednesday morning for a criminal trespass charge.
Corporal Schieber conducted a traffic stop on Plymouth-Goshen Trail near Michigan Street on Tuesday evening for a license violation. K9 Castor assisted with the stop.
The driver, Joshua Ramirez, 36, of Grovertown, was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant and was driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction.
Ramirez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, and held on a $500 cash bond.

Officer Ayala responded to a hang-up 911 call at 700 Berkley Street, lot 311, where he located Blake A. Brown outside a trailer.
Brown had previously been served with and arrested on a no-trespass order for the trailer park. He was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for medical clearance due to his level of intoxication before being booked into jail.
Brown was charged with criminal trespassing as a Level 6 felony with a prior conviction and is being held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
