Plymouth Police responded to the Economy Inn at 2535 North Michigan Street on Wednesday afternoon, December 10th, following reports of a disturbance involving a male subject yelling at women.
City officers identified the suspect as Thomas Francis Quinn Jr., 45, a resident of the Economy Inn.
After interviewing the victims, officers determined that Quinn had physically assaulted both women. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Quinn was charged with domestic battery, strangulation, intimidation, and disorderly conduct. His cash bond was set at $5,000.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
