Plymouth High School Speech team takes home state champion title

The Plymouth High School Speech team won the AA State championship and the overall state championship by beating runner-up Munster, third-place Avon, fourth-place Penn and 75 other schools competing at Fishers High School.

Declamation: Marcy Sickmiller and Nathan King (quarterfinalists); Ray Ye and Kylinn Kain (semifinalists)

Discussion: Eva Macey, semifinalist

Dramatic Interpretation: Dariel Herrera, second place; Angel Oviedo, fifth place; Katelyn Golba (quarterfinalist); Claire Lewandowski (semifinalist)
