There were 28 students who were inducted as new members. They were selected based upon scholarship, service, leadership and character.
The Parke Heritage High School National Honor Society held its induction of new members on Wednesday in the high school gym.
Newly inducted members pictured include (front) - Braxton Bamberg, Cheyenne Biszmaier, Hailey Bonomo, Klayton Burgess, Carter Crum, Jackie Ferguson, and Maddison Fisher; (second row) - Mackenzie Gillogly, Leon Goessi, Paisley Hartman, Ebba Hartzell, Lydia Heck, Daylen Hein, and Haley Holtsclaw; (third row) - Jackson Jenkins, Ella Lacy, Leah Maupin, Bradley McElheny, Leyton McMullen, Carly Newnum, and Ella Norman; (back) - Sarah Thom, Alexandria Tapy, Stormi Swaim, Destinee Stevenson, and Lucas Rhoads.

Speakers for the program were Hallie Miller, Marshall Vincent, Emma Patton, Maura Jacks, Kailey Seay, Lewie Woody, Raegan Ramsay, Addilee Jenkins, Treyton Burgess, Emma Simpson, Abigale Lash, and Shelby Robertson.
Serving as parent and member escorts were Josiah Heck, Cate O’Brien, Taya Sturmer, and Lewie Woody. Assisting with the certificates, patches and book were Renn Harper, Brayden Luce, and Aerianna DeSmith.
