Mexican restaurant, Synthetic Ice Skating now open at Lighthouse Place

Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of two new locations: Antojito MX Mexican restaurant and Theatre on Skates Academy synthetic ice skating.

Antojito MX’s slogan is "From our table to yours", and their menu describes their journey to opening this restaurant that started in a grandmother’s kitchen in Mexico. Open daily for dine-in or carryout.

“She taught my mother that cooking is a way of loving. My mother learned from her the secrets of traditional Mexican cuisine, and with that knowledge, she opened her own restaurant, where she also raised us surrounded by aromas, flavors, and love. As a child, my mother prepared the same dishes that my grandmother Rosa taught her: tamales, mole, handmade salsas... Every meal was a lesson in history, culture, and family. Today, we continue that legacy. Every dish we serve honors those strong women who taught us that good food is not just made with ingredients but with heart.”

Theatre on Skates Academy is a unique, synthetic ice-skating theatre program combining acting, singing and skating. A non-profit organization, the academy is dedicated to promoting figure skating for individuals of all ages and skating levels. The purpose of the academy is to foster and encourage growth and development in the performing arts for each member to achieve their highest potential in a safe and healthy environment whether it be on ice or on stage. The academy is also dedicated to the education of its members and the public on the health benefits of skating and healthy lifestyles utilizing Synthetic Ice to enhance harmony and balance to theatrical stage performances. We know that students who participate in the performing arts have greater self-confidence, improved literacy and greater problem-solving skills. We are a member of U.S. Figure Skating's Learn to Skate USA program. We offer group and private instruction to help skaters hone their skills.

These two join several new openings this year at Lighthouse Place, including Boba Tea House, CoinFlip Bitcoin ATM, Fragrance Hut, JD Sports, Mobile Fix & Repair, Nothing Bundt Cakes (open Friday-Sunday), Pop Culture & Collectibles, Sneaker Spot, Travel Treasures, and TreeSun Gifts.
