A Plymouth man was arrested following a two-vehicle accident on Michigan Street at Plymouth Goshen Trail Monday morning just before 7.
Patrolman Enyart was dispatched to the accident site to conduct an investigation. During the investigation, he found that Phavel Ivan Mendoza, 20, of the 900 block of South Michigan Street was at fault. It was also determined that Mendoza was operating the vehicle without ever having a driver's license.
Phavel Mendoza was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on charge of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. He will appear in Marshall Superior Court II on August 13 for his initial hearing.
