A local couple was taken into custody by authorities after a domestic disturbance Monday in Lawrenceville.
The Lawrence County Sheriff's Department reports the arrests of 43-year-old Derek Clark and 35-year-old Tosha Clark both of Lawrenceville after they were alerted of an incident at a city location. No other details surrounding the matter were included in the report.
Both were transported to the Lawrence County Jail and were formally charged with Domestic Battery. Both were booked into the jail and were being held there pending detention hearings.
