Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department were notified of a domestic battery incident on Sunday, February 9th, at about 1:30 in the afternoon.
Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the 13,000 block of 5th Road.
Officer Rans later located the suspect in the case, Kyle Stiles, 40, of the 5th Road address, and lodged him in the Marshall County Jail.
Stiles was booked for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and held on a $1,500 cash bond. He will appear in Marshall Superior Court 3 on March 4.
