The report of a public disturbance at the Carriage Green Apartments on Dora Lane sent officers from the Plymouth Police Department to investigate.
Just after 1 a.m. Wednesday, July 23rd, Officer Witkowski arrived at 1316 Dora Lane and located 19-year-old Keegan N. Burt of Knox outside of the apartment arguing with a female.
Police were informed that Burt had been consuming alcohol and had smashed the bottle on the sidewalk.
The officer took Burt into custody and transported him to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for minor in possession/consuming alcohol and held on a $100 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed, and there is only probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
