Officers with various police agencies in the county continue to arrest individuals who are operating without licenses.
On Sunday, a vehicle being driven by 43-year-old Wilmer Rodas-Alvarez of Goshen was stopped by a Plymouth Police Officer for a traffic infraction. He was found to be driving without ever having received a license and was lodged in the Marshall County Jail, with a $100 cash bond.

Deputy Ash with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department conducted a traffic stop on a silver 2015 Honda Civic that was speeding on U.S. 30 at Fir Road on Monday, just after midnight. 25-year-old Luls G. Lara of Rob Court in Bremen was arrested and booked into the county jail on a $100 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings, entitled to be represented by counsel, and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
