Medicare Open Enrollment is just around the corner, and Good Samaritan, in partnership with the State Health Insurance Program (SHIP), is offering an important opportunity for Medicare beneficiaries to better understand their options.
On October 30, Good Samaritan will host two free educational sessions to provide valuable information on Medicare plans. A SHIP counselor will be on-site to explain the different Medicare options, helping participants make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.
For those ready to make a plan selection, Good Samaritan’s Health Insurance Navigators will be available to assist with the open enrollment process during the event.
Two session options are available to accommodate different schedules:
- Lunch & Learn: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Dinner & Discover: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Both sessions will be held at the Good Samaritan Charles C. Hedde, MD Health Education Center, and a complimentary meal will be provided. The address is 520 S. Seventh Street. The center is located at the corner of 7th and Nicholas streets.
