Summer's almost over, the kids are climbing the walls, and the Plymouth Park Department has the perfect cure. This Saturday, August 22nd, River Park Square turns into a free-for-all family paradise — and we mean that in the best way possible.
From 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., the Plymouth Park Department and the Plymouth Coca-Cola Company are hosting their annual Family Fun Day, and everything is free. A DJ will be spinning tunes, a massive obstacle course bounce house will be waiting to wear the kids out, and there are free hot dogs, popcorn, cookies, and Coca-Cola products while supplies last.
The Marshall County Boys and Girls Club will be running games and sharing info about their programs, and face painting will be available for kids who want to go home looking like a tiger, a butterfly, or whatever their heart desires.
So grab the kids, leave the wallet at home, and head to River Park Square this Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. It won't cost you a dime — and the kids might sleep in on Sunday.
