Chris-Lynn R. Haywood was arrested on Saturday after being stopped on U.S. 30 by Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department.
The 32-year-old Fort Wayne woman was stopped for a traffic infraction at Pioneer Drive and found to have a license status of suspended-prior.
Haywood was lodged in the Marshall County Jail at 10:03 a.m. on Saturday for driving while suspended with a prior, given a court date of November 11, and a cash bond of $500. She was released on bond at 2:37 p.m. on Saturday.

Monday morning, October 6th, at approximately 4:45, Plymouth Police Officer Schieber conducted a traffic stop on Markley Drive near Western Avenue for a known license violation.
The driver was identified as Yesson Sanchez-Mendieta, 28, of West Monroe Street in Plymouth. Sanchez-Mendieta was taken into custody and lodged in the County Jail for operating without a license, with a prior, and without financial responsibility, also with a prior. His cash bond was set at $500.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
