Some contests feature cash prizes, and some will have ribbons awarded. Events are held at the Marshall County Fairgrounds, 211 W Walnut Street in Argos. There is no pre-registration.
Why not get out the recipe books and bring a unique new baked creation to the Cranberry Bake-A-Rama on Wednesday, July 17th at the Marshall County Fairgrounds. This contest is open to Marshall County residents. Entries will be accepted in the Open Class Building from 9 AM – 12 PM on July 17th with open judging beginning at 12:30 PM. This year’s categories include cookies or bars, cakes, pies, quick breads or muffins, and crisps or cobblers.
The Bake-A-Rama features cash prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category, as well as the overall Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion.
