On Tuesday, the Marshall County Commissioners motioned to continue to table the paving bill from E&B for work on Union Road.
Commissioner Mike Burroughs told the public that they are investigating the matter. He said, “We’ve been investigating it and are working on it, but we haven’t reached a final conclusion yet, so we are still doing that.”
The County Commissioners will conduct an Executive Session on Thursday, September 5, at 3:00 p.m. in the offices of Wyland, Humphrey, Clevenger & Surrisi at 319 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
The purpose of the Executive Session is by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6) concerning any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct.
