A 911 call of an erratic driver sends a Rochester man to the Marshall County Jail.
On Saturday, March 30th just before 3 p.m., Deputy Truty initiated a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle. During his investigation the driver exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication.
46-year-old Brian Charles Chambers was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in at 7:3 for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle Endangering. His cash bond was set at $1,500. His cash bond was posted 24 hours later, and he was released on bond.
