Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 617 Loon Court in Plymouth on at 8 p.m. Wednesday for a battery in progress.
Officers arrived on the scene, and both parties were separated.
During an investigation by Officer Fisher, it was determined that the male party, Anthony Lewis, 30, of the Loon Court address in Plymouth, had battered another male.
Lewis was transported to the hospital to be medically cleared and then transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for felony battery and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
