Now, Jackson Street will be closed from Franklin to Elizabeth, as work is completed a few blocks at a time, with some winter work taking place to keep cross traffic areas open for local businesses and pedestrians. There will also be a local detour on Frazier Street to Madison Street, with traffic being advised to use an alternate route.
