
Maryrose Felling won a three-set match at No. 1 singles to complete the sweep of Eastern Hancock Tuesday for Triton Central.
At Eastern Hancock, Felling defeated Lexi Fletcher, 4-6, 6-2, 10-6.
Triton Central (5-1) also got straight-set wins from Anniston Evans and Ellie Gast.
At No. 1 doubles, Estelle Gearlds and Neve Kahler defeated Hailee Riggs and Megan Fox, 6-0, 6-1.
Kate Collier and Caydence Stout won at No. 2 doubles, 6-2, 6-0.

Jac-Cen-Del 5, Waldron 3
At Waldron, the Eagles scored three runs in the top of the sixth to steal the win from the Mohawks.
Neil Sullivan had four hits, including a double, and three RBI to push Jac-Cen-Del to 5-2 this season. Blake Wagner (3 innings, four hits, zero runs) and Brody Huff (4 innings, 4 hits, 6 strikeouts) combined to keep Waldron scoreless the final three innings.
Charlie Fischer started for Waldron (3-4) and pitched into the fourth inning before Jordan Bennett closed the final 3.1 innings and took the loss.
The Mohawks are at Class A, No. 3 Hauser (5-3) Thursday.
Triton Central 12, Indianapolis Scecina 0
At Scecina, Bryce Haney limited the Crusaders to one hit and one walk while striking out nine to improve the Tigers to 6-2 (5-0 Indiana Crossroads Conference).
Haney also had two hits, including a triple, and drove in three runs. Nick Riggins and Janssen Capps each had two hits and combined to score four runs.
Scecina dropped to 3-6 (2-3 ICC).
The Tigers and Crusaders meet again today in Fairland.
Pendleton Heights 5, Shelbyville 4
At Pendleton Heights, the host Arabians (8-0, 5-0 Hoosier Heritage Conference) scored all five runs in the final two innings to stay unbeaten this season.
Aiden Smith pitched into the sixth inning, allowing three hits, five walks and three runs. Reece Prickett took the loss, pitching one inning and allowing one hit, two walks and two runs.
Shelbyville (4-4, 1-4 HHC) scored three runs in the top of the first inning off Pendleton Heights starting pitcher Colton Frank, but the offense stalled from there.
Aiden Smith had three hits as did Brayden Smith, who had a home run and drove in three in the loss.
Game two of the HHC series is today at Barnett Field in Shelbyville.

Eastern Hancock 170, Triton Central 172
At Royal Hylands Golf Club, Triton Central’s Chase Chandler was co-medalist with Eastern Hancock’s Parker Atkins and Jacob Jackson with a 6-over-par score of 41.
Also playing for Triton Central were Derreck Uhls (42), Max Crouse (43), Colton Ayres (46) and Taggy Goul (58).
Softball
Connersville 7, Shelbyville 5
At Connersville, the host Spartans built a 7-1 lead then held off the Golden Bears’ late rally to end their four-game win streak.
Avery Dungan, Jade Green, Carmen Ruble and Bre Brock each had two hits to lead Connersville (10-6). Dungan pitched into the sixth inning and earned the win. Green got the final six outs.
Gracie Crafton took the loss for Shelbyville (8-6), allowing six hits and five runs in 2.1 innings. Sydney Brown pitched the final 3.2 innings and allowed four hits and two runs.
Addie Stieneker had four hits, including two doubles. Anna Shearer smashed her fourth home run in the last three games and drove in two runs.
The Golden Bears host Franklin (4-4) Thursday.
Crothersville 13, Waldron 9
At Crothersville, the host Tigers scored seven runs in the first inning and added five more in the fourth to keep the Mohawks (0-3) winless this season.
Dacie Hughes had a home run and three RBI for Crothersville (1-2).
Haddison Johnson took the loss for Waldron.
Shelby Zapfe had two hits and three RBI. Bre Barton also drove in three runs.
Waldron is at Hauser (3-2) Thursday.
Triton Central 19, Indianapolis Scecina 1
At Scecina, the visiting Tigers scored seven runs in the first and third innings to cruise to their fifth-straight victory.
Madi Peterson allowed two hits and struck out 10 in five innings to earn the win.
Brylie Couch had three hits, including a home run, and drove in five runs. Ashlyn Hittle had two hits and four RBI.
Triton Central (5-1) hosts Irvington Prep (2-3) Thursday.
