Every quarter, the Marshall County Solid Waste District sponsors Green Drinks, a networking event for Marshall County citizens, businesses, and non-profit organizations who are interested in environmental topics. This includes those who work in waste management, ecology, environmental education, and other fields related to sustainability.
The evening starts with drinks and/or dinner, followed by a short presentation and time for casual conversations. This time, the event will be held at Opie’s Office, 114 North Michigan Street, Plymouth from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. with a presentation by Daniel Zelaya of Recycling Works.
