Detective Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Indiana State Police and arrested Michael Sanabria-Feliciano, 28, of the 300 block of West Washington Street in Plymouth on Friday, January 24th.
McFarland said Sanabria-Feliciano was using fraudulent ID, and he assisted the State Police by obtaining his correct identification.
Sanabria-Feliciano was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond for operating a vehicle without obtaining a license, identity deception, a false statement in an application for an identification card, and perjury.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings, entitled to be represented by counsel, and entitled to a trial by jury, at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
