Dimanione Lovelace, Jr. is one of five Kokomo people charged in the plot to rob Holdbrook.
After previously being found guilty at a bench trial, Superior Court 1 sentenced Lovelace, Jr., to 72 years to include 64 years incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction and 8 years probation on one count of Felony Murder, one count of Murder, one count of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a Level 2 Felony; one count of Attempted Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a Level 2 Felony; one count of Attempted Theft as a Class A Misdemeanor; two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery as Level 5 Felonies; two counts of Robbery as Level 5 Felonies; two counts of Theft as Class A Misdemeanors and one count of Unlawful Use of a Firearm as a sentencing enhancement.
