Plymouth Police Officers learned of an active felony warrant for 33-year-old Miles P. Warner of Plymouth on Friday, June 20th, at about 12:37 in the morning.
Officer Allen located Warner at his apartment on Holloway Drive and took him into custody and transported him to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in for a level 6 felony warrant for domestic battery in the presence of a minor and invasion of privacy.
Warner was given a $3,000 cash bond and had to be held on a mandatory twenty-four-hour hold due to the charge of invasion of privacy.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
