Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Dennis G. Minix, 69, 1014 Fulton Ave., Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with dealing in methamphetamine. He was taken into custody by Rochester city police at home and held on a $10,000 surety or $3,000 cash bond.

• Daniel L. Royster, 47, Kokomo, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Marshall County. He was taken into custody by Rochester city police at 317 W. 11th St. to await extradition.
Police Incidents
Medical call
• At 1:22 a.m. Tuesday, medical personnel were dispatched to Super 8, 209 McDonald Drive, on a report that a woman was unable to speak or swallow anything. She was reportedly conscious but very lethargic.
Leaving the scene
• Shortly before 8 a.m. Tuesday, police received a report that someone drove away after hitting a vehicle owned by Juan Sevilla, 43, of Rochester, at 6896 N. State Road 25, Talma. The incident was reportedly captured on camera.
Wreck
• Vehicles driven by Todd Van Sickel, of Rochester, and Shellie D. Daugherty, of Walkerton, collided around 10 a.m. Tuesday near the drive-thru of McDonald's, 101 McDonald Drive.
Fraud
• At 12:13 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported that another woman claiming to be her attempted to gain access to her account at a bank in Rushville. She was subsequently provided with a packet containing a list of resources and instructions when dealing with an identity theft situation.
• At 5:14 p.m. Tuesday, a woman requested to speak with an officer about someone changing passwords on her phone and possibly making an unauthorized purchase on her card.
Mischief
• At 6:25 p.m. Tuesday, police received a report about vandalism to a vehicle at 1840 S. 875 East, Akron.
Suspicious
• At 12:49 a.m. Wednesday, a man residing at 681 S. 900 East, Akron, reported hearing two men in his barn and speculated they were stealing things.
