The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department early Tuesday morning arrested 41 year old Richard Bilskie of Lawrenceville on a charge of Aggravated Domestic Battery. No other details surrounding the arrest were given in the report. Bilskie was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending a court detention hearing.
