The City Council met after the Board of Works and did reorganize with councilman Brian Grove being elected Council President succeeding Tim Salters in that position. Ryan Lough was elected as Vice-President. During the business portion of the meeting, the council did approve $100,000 in grant funding to the planned Indiana Military Museum expansion project.
