The new Sumner City Hall project is nearing completion.
That was the word from project engineer Shannon Woodard of the firm Conner and Conner to the city council as they met at City Hall Tuesday night.
There is still some final interior and exterior work to be done, and the council did vote to not officially move into the new location until firm completion. It is anticipated that that could occur in another 30 days.
The council also approved the Fiscal Year 2024–25 City Budget of approximately $1.6 million during the meeting.
