A Reelsville man is behind bars in the Putnam County Jail facing his arrest Tuesday by the Indiana State Police.
Casey W. Grayson, 40, Reelsville, was arrested and booked following an investigation by the Indiana Stste Police. The investigation began last December after police received a tip that a 14 year old female had been touched inappropriately by an adult male. Police discovered Grayson committed sexual misconduct with the female in Putnam County, and he was also in possession of child pornography.
After reviewing the information, the Putnam County Prosecutor’s Office issued an arrest warrant. Grayson was arrested on Tuesday, by the Indiana State Police Central SWAT Team without incident. Grayson is currently being held in the Putnam County Jail on a $250,000 bond, cash only.
Grayson faces two Level 4 felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, has intercourse or engages in other sexual behavior, as well as a Class 6 felony count of sexual misconduct with a minor fondling or touching and 10 counts of a Level 6 felony possession of child pornography.
