Kevin Thacker, 36, of Reelsville, was arrested last week by Indiana State Police.
A Reelsville man found himself behind bars in the Putnam County Jail awaiting extradition to Texas after a recent arrest.
Kevin Thacker, 36, of Reelsville, was arrested last week by Indiana State Police Trooper James Crisp and Detective Colton Maynor after the Putnamville Post received a tip from the Keller Police Department in Texas of active warrants for Thacker.
Police located Thacker at a residence in Reelsville and took him into custody without incident with the help of the Putnam County Sheriff's Department.
Thacker faces four counts of Online Solicitation with a minor, a level 3 felony, and a Class A misdemeanor charge of distribution or display of harmful material to a minor.
