The Red Hill Unit #10 Board of Education met in regular session Thursday evening at Red Hill Jr/Sr High School in Bridgeport.
They approved FY 2025 wages and salaries for administration and support staff and a 3 year contract with the district bus drivers. Also approved after a public hearing was the 2023-24 amended budget. Student fees and admission prices for 2025 were approved with some adjustments made regarding lunch and breakfast prices. The district will enter into an inter-governmental agreement with the Lawrence County Health Department for the creation of a school based health clinic. A bid for just over $33,000 was accepted from Martinsville Roofing for work on the Sumner Attendence Center. The board also approved co-op agreements with Lawrence Unit #20 for the sports of junior high wrestling and junior high cross country.
