Authorities in neighboring Wabash County report that a male body pulled from the Wabash River at Mt Carmel this past Sunday is that of a missing Indiana man.
The Wabash County Coroners Office says that the discovery was made Sunday morning near the 5th Street boat ramp. The ensuing investigation led to the body being positively identified as that of 27 year old Bryson Ledsinger of Avon. He had been reported missing on March 17th when his abandoned vehicle was found on a Wabash River bridge near Hutsonville in neighboring Crawford County.
The case remains under investigation, and an autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday to determine the exact cause of death for Ledsinger.
