Following an indictment by a Johnson County grand jury a man from Shelbyville has been arrested for involvement in a 2006 double murder in Franklin.
Franklin Police arrested Michael Jerome James, 35, for the murders of 10-year- Blake Dickus and Chynna Dickus.
