Saturday, April 26th is National Drug Takeback Day across the United States.
It is a day set aside for getting rid of unwanted and expired prescription drugs and medications from the home.
The Lawrence County Health Department (LCHD) will host an event here in Lawrence County on that day.
From 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. CT, Russell Adams of the Health Department will be on hand to receive any Lawrence County items for disposal in the drug take-back container.
It will be located at the LCHD location at 2101 James Street in Lawrenceville.
