The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Rick A. Manns, 51, 610 S. Indiana 14, Akron, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 114 W. Rochester St., Akron, and later released on his own recognizance.

• Brandon Arven, 38, 105 W. Commerce St., Macy, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent or more. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Old U.S. 31 and County Road 400 South and later released on his own recognizance.

• Nathan M. Fugate, 24, 1195 E. 450 North, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of domestic battery with a deadly weapon after allegedly hitting a woman in the face while wearing brass knuckles. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held on a $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash bond.

• Terrance L. Shaw, 49, South Bend, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and Steetgum Road and later released on his own recognizance.

• Nathaniel H. Fox, 39, 117 Northgate Circle, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a charge of escape of community corrections after allegedly cutting off an ankle GPS monitor and throwing it in a dumpster. He was picked up at the LaPorte Police Department after reportedly telling police that he heard a voice telling him to cut it off. He is held without bond.

• Keith A. Rechkemmer II, 49, Walton, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of residential entry, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 2268 Sycamore Drive and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond. A landlord reportedly informed police that Rechkemmer was not to be on the property and knew that prior to entering the residence.
