Leigh Morning has been in private practice in Rush County since 1996, first at a law firm, and since 2010 as a sole practitioner where she manages a wide array of cases. She has also served as county attorney for the past 25 years, She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1992, and J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 1996.
Morning will be sworn in as Judge on a date to be determined.
