Governor Eric J. Holcomb Wednesday announced Leigh S. Morning has been appointed to the Rush County Superior Court.

Leigh Morning has been in private practice in Rush County since 1996, first at a law firm, and since 2010 as a sole practitioner where she manages a wide array of cases. She has also served as county attorney for the past 25 years, She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1992, and J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 1996.
Morning will be sworn in as Judge on a date to be determined.
